• 6 large fresh eggs, beaten
  • 50 grams feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 chopped onion

  • 3 crushed garlic cloves 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 

  • 250 grams spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Let's do it!

In a saucepan add olive oil over medium-high,

add the chopped onion and cook until golden,

add crushed garlic and stir. 


Preheat oven at 375 F degrees.

Prepares a baking dish with non-stick oil spray coating. 

Combine spinach, onion, garlic, beaten eggs, feta cheese, mozzarella, basil, salt and pepper. 

Pour mixture into baking pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until frittata is set.
