• 1 sliced lemon
  • 1/2 TSP salt
  • 1/2 TSP black pepper
  • 1 TSP dried parsley flakes
  • 1 TSP dried thyme flakes
  • 1  TSP dried sage flakes
  • 350 gr haddock fillet
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup panko
  • Oil for frying

Let's do it!

Clean and dry the haddock fillet
Slice one lemon to thin slices and place on fillet for 5 minutes.
Cut the fillet to 1” thickness stripes

In a bowl beat 2 eggs and add all spices ( parsley, sage, thyme, salt, pepper) mix well.
Dip each fillet in the beaten eggs with herbs and cover with panko crumbs.
Deep fry on medium-high heat both sides for approximately 2 minutes each side (depends on the thickness of the fish) till they get golden.
