- 1 kg of white flour
- 1.5 Tablespoon of dry yeast
- 1 Spoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons natural honey
- 650 ml of water

Let's do it!
Preheat the oven to maximum temperature (about 450 f degrees).
Place the flour in a large bowl and add the yeast, salt and honey.
Mix well, add the olive oil, add the water (all of it) and stir for 8 minutes.
Cover the bowl with cling paper or a towel, and leave for one hour.
Punch the dough with your fists, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Divide the dough to 6 equal balls and place on a floured surface.
Let the balls dough rise for 30 minutes. Gently stretch the balls along to make focaccia shape. spread with olive oil, kosher salt, add thyme, rosemary and other vegetables you love.
Place in the heated oven for 5 minutes until golden and the dough is ready.
