Ingredients

  • 1 pound trout filet
  • 6 cremini mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 a lemon, juice squeezed
  • 5 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 Rosemary leaf
  • 3 Thyme leafs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Let's do it!

Apply the salt on the fish and rub it gently with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

In a pan place the butter, 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add sliced mushrooms and stir for 5 minutes

Add sliced garlic herbs and pepper, stir well and then add the fish, placing it with the skin facing the pan ( skin side on the pan) shake it gently, cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes over medium/ high heat.

While it’s cooking pure the butter sauce on top of the fish.

Make sure the fish is cooked but not overcooked. ( do not flip it over).

Place the fish on a plate and add the mushrooms on top of it.
