• 1 pack of puff pastry dough
  •  Half a cup of date spread
  •  50 grams of chopped walnuts
  •  A teaspoon of cinnamon

Let's do it!

Preheat oven at 360f degrees
In a small bowl place and Mix all the filling ingredients

Unfold the dough on a lightly floured clean surface

With a rolling pin flatten the puff pastry
and cut circles into 3.5” diameter with a ring.
Make small parallels cuts (see photo) with a knife or fluted pastry wheel
Place the filling in the middle of the circle dough and roll.

Tighten the edges.
Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes until medium golden.
let it cool and sprinkle over powdered sugar
