Ingredients

  •  350 gr Chicken Breast or thighs 
  •  5 crushed garlic cloves 
  •  1 tablespoon fresh chopped or dry thyme
  •  1 teaspoon chopped sage
  •  1/2 teaspoon cumin
  •  1 teaspoon sweet paprika 
  •  Salt and pepper
  •  4 tablespoon Olive oil

Let's do it!

Description

Clean and dry the chicken thighs Cut the chicken thighs to approximately 1.5” slices.

In a bowl place the chopped garlic cloves and all spices and 4 tablespoons olive oil, add the sliced chicken thighs.

cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours as the chicken thighs soak up the flavors.

Use a metal skewer (if you don’t have you can use wooden) place the chicken thighs through the skewer, cook it on the bbq a few minutes each side.

Take it out from the skewer and sprinkle a little bit of tahini.
