Ingredients

  • 15 Chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup real maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon full of chili flakes
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • Black pepper
  •  Salt

Let's do it!

Description

Preheat oven to 390 f degrees and place parchment paper on a baking tray

Rinse the wings in cold water and dry well with towel paper.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add the wings and stir.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours

Arrange the wings tightly in a single layer on the tray and pour over the remaining sauce

Bake for about 25 minutes, flip it over and bake for another 30 minutes until the wings are brown and ready
