Dough ingredients

  •  350 g of flour (2.5 cups)
  •  200 grams of softened butter
  •  200 ml  15% sour cream

 

Filling ingredients:

  •  2 cans of Tuna chunk (in oil)
  • ½ cup tomato salsa dip

 

  • 1 egg for applying on the dough and sesame

Let's do it!

Place all dough ingredients in a bowl and knead until you get a smooth dough

heated the oven 375 f degrees

In a separate small bowl, prepare the filling,

Drain the tuna chunk from oil and mix it with tomato salsa dip,

you may add 1 teaspoon of dry chili flakes to make it spicy.

 

 

Open the dough with a roll, it should be about 1/2 inch thick.

Make 3 “ circles, fill with tuna,  fold the circle into two, and tighten well.

Apply egg with a brush on the dough and sesame seeds above.

Put in preheated oven 375 f degrees

Until it golden (approx 25 minutes)
