• 1 (16 ounces) package spaghetti
  • 2 cans of Tuna chunks
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato sauce ingredients:
  • 1 can of crushed tomato (796ml)
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Let's do it!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking casserole.

Boil water in a large pot with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Cook spaghetti in boiling water, stir .cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes and drain.

Tomato sauce:

In a small pot heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and crushed garlic cloves, stir till golden, add crushed tomato and all tomato sauce ingredients, keep stirring, cook 8

Place half the spaghetti into the baking casserole, top with half the tomato sauce. Add 2 tablespoons of pesto and tuna chunks. Repeat layers of spaghetti and tomato sauce.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
