Chicken ingredients

  • 1 medium skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon sweet hot chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon medium garlic sauce

White and black sesame for topping

Salad ingredients

  • 2 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1  sliced cucumber
  • 8 cherry cut in half
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 1/2 sliced carrot
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • salt and black pepper for taste

Let's do it!

Clean, dry, and slice chicken breasts in half to make them thinner.

In a medium bowl combine the chicken ingredients.

Heat a large heavy-duty pan to medium heat and grill chicken 4 minutes per side until tender and cooked through.

Remove from pan, wait a few minutes to cool down and slice.

In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk well.

In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.

Top with sliced chicken, drizzle with generously with dressing.
