Dough ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 1  1/4 cups of water
  •  1/2 kg flour
  •  1 bag of vanilla sugar
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt
  •  1/4 cup canola oil
    Oil spray



  • Nutella or any other chocolate filling

Let's do it!

Preheat oven to high heat 420 f degrees.

In a mixer bowl, mix the yeast and water.  Add flour, vanilla sugar, salt, and oil and mix for 5 minutes for smooth and sticky dough.
Grease the dough surface with oil spray, cover, and let it rise for one hour to double the volume.

Divide the dough into 4 and roll each part into a thin rectangle.  Grease the dough with oil spray.

Spread in a generous but not too thick spread and roll it.

Slice to approximately 1” slices Place on parchment on a baking tray and bake in the oven for only 7 minutes until golden brown begins.

Serve hot with powdered sugar.
