Ingredients

  •  6 peeled tomatoes
  •  2 small zucchini
  •  1 red pepper
  •  1 hot pepper
  •  1 large chopped onion
  •  8 cloves of crushed garlic
  •  sweet paprika powder
  •  spicy paprika powder
  •  salt and pepper
  •  1/2 teaspoon sugar
  •  1/2 cup Olive oil

Let's do it!

Peel the tomatoes and cut to squares

Cut the red pepper, zucchini, and hot pepper to small squares

In a frying pan over medium heat add 4 tablespoons of oil and the chopped onion and garlic until golden, adding red and hot paprika and mix it for a minute.

Add all the chopped vegetables, red pepper, tomatoes, hot pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, stir for two minutes and add the salt and pepper.

Stir again and cook with the lid on medium heat for two hours, stirring occasionally.

 

Let cool and serve cold or at room temperature.
