Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Let's do it!

Place all ingredients in a food processor; without the oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Chopped everything and add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified; set aside.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
