Ingredients

  • 1 sweet red pepper
  • 5 tomatoes
  • One Garlic head separated to cloves
  • 1 coriander bunch, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 hot peppers
  • 6 pieces of fish – clean fillets
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Let's do it!

Place 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan, over medium heat. cut the sweet pepper into thin strips and fry.  Slice the tomatoes into thin slices and add them to the pot.
Peel the garlic, add to the pot and lower the heat

Add a quarter of the coriander, half a teaspoon of paprika and a quarter teaspoon of turmeric. Add 1/2 cup of boiling water and the hot pepper and cook over low heat with a closed lid.

In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of olive oil with the rest of spices paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt and the remaining coriander, until a uniform mixture is obtained.

Dip each fillet separately in a bowl and place it on the saucepan.  Pour the remaining sauce over the fish.  Continue to cook until the fish is ready, approximately 7 minutes depending on the fish thickness.
