Ingredients

  • 8 spring roll pastry
  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped or dry thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chopped sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  •  Olive oil
  • Chives for decorating (option)

Let's do it!

Chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry with a tablespoon of oil until golden, set aside to cool.

Cut the chicken breast into approximately 1” cubes. Add to bowl with the other spices and 2 tablespoons olive oil, cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for half-hour as the chicken breast soaks up the flavors.

Fry the chicken cubes, place it in a bowl with the fried onion and garlic.

Place everything on a strainer to drain the liquid and wait a few minutes for the chicken breast to cool slightly.

Take an 8 spring roll pastry, in the center Put a full spoon of the chicken cubes and Gather each square into a neat little bundle, pinching the neck so that it remains as close as possible, use toothpicks to keep the shape.

Deep brush in olive oil and brush the bundle before entering the oven.

Place bundles on a parchment-lined cookie sheet to Preheat oven at 375 degrees until golden.

Remove from oven and can be decorated with chives.
